We rent our condo directly, about a 5-minute walk from Jacó Beach, with ocean views from the balcony.

Work From Viva Jaco
The condo has 150 Mbps symmetrical internet. We have worked and taken video calls reliably from the condo ourselves.
To be clear: there is no dedicated desk inside the unit. If you prefer a desk, the building has a coworking area with shared desks and individual work bars, included with your stay.
The building also has its own building-wide internet, which works as a backup connection if you ever need one.
